Revocation applications are processed outside of the Mutual Review Reliance System (MRRS), therefore, you will need to make separate applications to each jurisdiction that has issued a cease trade order against the company.
ASC policy 12-601 provides guidance regarding the process for making applications to the ASC and contains a current fee schedule for common applications. Please refer to NP 12-202 Revocation of a Compliance-related Cease Trade Order for information regarding revocation applications.
Once a revocation order has been granted it will be posted on the ASC’s website (in the Enforcement section) and on the National CTO Database on the CSA website.
