ASC staff wishes to remind market participants that Part 3 of the fee increase affecting the Fee Schedule to the Securities Regulation (Alberta Regulation 115/95) which was approved by order-in-council on August 23, 2006 takes effect as of April 1, 2008. Part 1 and Part 2 of the fee increase took effect on October 1, 2006 and April 1, 2007, respectively. View the ASC Notice relating to the fee increase.
