Investors can use our search tool to see if an individual or firm is registered to sell investments.

You can also call the ASC (1-877-355-4488) to see if the person is registered in the National Registration Database.

• We will be able to tell you if the person is registered and in what jurisdictions.
• Depending upon their responsibilities, we may refer you to the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC).
