Please note that by submitting a comment you are not engaging the ASC to respond. We will be reviewing submitted comments on a regular basis and if we feel your comment has value to other investors may decide to post it for others to view. Not all comments will be posted.
If you have questions you would like to see answered in a future blog post, please email them to questions@asc.ca. We may not use every question we receive but will concentrate on areas where we receive the most inquiries.
If you have a complaint or other question related directly to your own situation, please contact ASC inquiries using our toll-free number (1-877-355-4488) or email inquiries@asc.ca. Alternatively, you can also email complaints directly at complaints@asc.ca.
How do I comment?
Click on the Comment on this blog... link at the bottom of the blog post. You don’t need to provide us with all your details, but we do ask that you submit your first name and location and these may be posted with your comment.
How are comments moderated?
Comments to You ASC’d are pre-moderated. That means that we read them before they are published to make sure they adhere to our guidelines. We won’t edit comments, but to ensure that your comment is eligible for posting, we do ask that you follow these guidelines.
What is and isn’t acceptable?
• Please keep your submissions relevant to the topic.
• Be polite.
Always avoid:
• Posting your message in all CAPS (this makes it difficult to read and in online speak is considered yelling).
• Posting press releases and commercial promotions.
• Lengthy excerpts from other posts. We want to hear your own opinion.
• Racist, sexist and offensive language.
• Personal attacks and defamatory statements.
• Infringement of copyright rules (that includes copying and pasting excerpts from other sites without permission and attribution).
• Violating someone’s privacy.
• Threats or suggesting committing a criminal act.
If you violate any of these rules, then your comment will not be posted.
