Top five ASC online investor resources of 2011 The ASC offers many online tools and resources for current or “would-be” investors. We’re pleased to see that people are finding them helpful. Most of us have a little extra time over the holidays, and it’s a great opportunity to catch up on your investing know-how. - Enforcement information: check to see if a company or individual is the subject of current, past, or upcoming enforcement proceedings by checking the Status of Proceedings and Decisions and Orders sections of the website.
- Weekly Updates: check this section regularly to keep up-to-date on new information that’s been added to our website
- Confirm registration: find out if a person offering you an investment is registered
- Reporting Issuers list: see if a company is in “default” or has been cease-traded
