SEDAR+ Updates
SEDAR+ launched in July 2023. SEDAR is no longer available for filing. The CSA and its members have been working closely with filing organizations, public users and other key stakeholders to help them through their initial use of SEDAR+, and the CSA Service Desk is available for assistance.
If you have technical filing questions that have not been answered by the CSA Service Desk, or you require assistance from ASC staff, please tell us at transition@asc.ca and we will have a member of the ASC team contact you within 24 hours during business hours.
If you have a time-sensitive filing and cannot file through SEDAR+ you can rely on the Temporary hardship exemption in Sec. (6) of National Instrument 13-103. In Alberta, you can do that by emailing your documents as follows:
- For applications for exemptive relief: legalapplications@asc.ca.
- For prospectus filings: prospectus@asc.ca.
- For all other filings or documents: transition@asc.ca.
