You are invited to the December 4th ASC Breakfast Seminar: MD&A Tune-up, which will highlight some key issues that you may want to consider going into year-end preparation. The seminar will touch on topics such as forward looking information, how to identify and avoid common disclosure deficiencies and items of note in continuous disclosure reviews. ASC Chief Accountant Fred Snell and other ASC staff will be on hand to assist seminar participants in interpreting current issues and to answer attendee questions about this topic.
