The ASC is hosting a live webinar on 2010 Disclosure Review to assist market participants in preparation for their year-end filings. The seminar will highlight some key topics such as: - results from the 2009 ASC Continuous Disclosure Report;
- preparation for the transition to IFRS; and
- identification and avoidance of common disclosure deficiencies.
