VISUAL FILE PERMISSION AGREEMENT
The Alberta Securities Commission owns the copyright in all the below Visual Files. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the ASC gives you a limited non-exclusive right to reproduce and distribute the ASC’s Visual Files in your publications (as specified by you in writing).
Any notice required to be given hereunder, shall be via electronic mail and shall be duly given on the date that appears on the electronic mail that was sent to the other party. This Agreement may not be amended except in a written document signed by both parties.
This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with substantive laws of the Province of Alberta and you agree that any dispute will be subject to the venue of the Court of Queen’s Bench in the judicial district of Calgary, Alberta.
